| Organization Description |
Enter how the organization should be described for Lender Signatures on
documents.
- Federal Charter: The Lender Signature is a combination of "a/an" plus
the Organization Description. Example:: If the user entered "National Savings
Bank" for the Organization Description, the signature would read "a National
Savings Bank".
- State Charter: the Lender Signature is a combination of "a/an" plus the
Established Under state plus the Organization Description. Example: If the user
entered "Savings Institution" for Organization Description and selected "Ohio"
as their Established Under state, the signature would read "an Ohio Savings
Institution."
